Yes, we are able to do custom logos on our tags. It does, however, depend on the logo. Some logos do not work well so we always like to evaluate the logo first to make sure that it will engrave well on the tags. If you would like to use a custom log, please use the chat feature to send it to us for evaluation.

Absolutely!. A gentle wash on Delicate Cycle is fine. They can also be tumble dried on a delicate cycle.

For Wooden Tags: Should not be soaked in water for extended periods of time. They are still a wood product and as with all wooden products... prolonged exposure to water will cause them to bend and warp.

For Faux Leather & Ultrasuede: These tags are Color-fast and will not bleed during washing & drying. The image is engraved onto the tags using lasers s the image/text will not come off during washing.

Yes, absolutely. We send out proofs for every order before we start production.

You will have the opportunity to approve the proof or make changes to the design. Expect your proof to be ready within 1-7 business days of placing your order.

Your proof will be uploaded to our Online Proofing Center. You will receive an email notification that your proof is ready to review. There will also be a link or button for you to view the proof. In the proofing center, you will be able to approve the proof or request changes.

Our turnaround time is 7 BUSINESS DAYS (Weekends do not count as business days). Your order will be shipped on or before the due date depending on how busy we are and provided we have received approval for the order.

Unfortunately, we no longer ship internationally. We only accept orders from the United States and its territories.

We use lasers to BURN the image onto the tags and that may result in a smokey or burnt smell. Fortunately, the smell does dissipate after a while. The smell is strong initially because we package them up as soon as they come off the laser bed so the product doesn't have time to air out and the plastic packaging doesn't allow for airflow. The smell will go away after a few days.

Our standard shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage. Although we do offer shipping upgrades at checkout where you'll have the opportunity to select a faster shipping method.

Shipping with our standard method takes 3-6 days depending on where you are located.

Yes, we do allow for up to 3 different Colors OR Designs. Please make sure to add the split my order listing to your cart before checkout if you'd like to split your order of tags.

If approval is not received by the shipping date, it is our store policy to extend the shipping date by 10 days. We will ship the order as soon as your approval is received. If no approval is received after the 10-day extension, the order will ship as is.
