What is Artifox Studios?

Artifox Studios is a creative design studio specializing in personalized faux leather, ultrasuede, and wooden tags for handmade items. We also offer custom branding solutions, laser engraving, and digital design services.

Where are you located?

We are based in Orlando, Florida, but we serve customers across the United States and internationally through our online store.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we operate online only. However, you can browse and purchase our products via our Etsy store and official website.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! We specialize in custom orders. Whether you need personalized tags, unique branding elements, or custom engraving, we can make it happen.

Tracking & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Our processing time is 2-6 business days depending on the item. This does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

My tracking says "Delivered," but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?

Sometimes packages are marked as “Delivered” prematurely or may be held at your local post office. If this happens:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.
  2. Look around your mailbox or front porch.
  3. Wait 24-48 hours—sometimes USPS updates tracking before actual delivery.
  4. Contact your local post office for more details.

If you still can’t find it, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist!

What if my order is delayed or lost?

Once a package is handed over to USPS, we unfortunately have no control over delivery speed. However, if your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with USPS and getting a replacement made.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it for you. However, if it has already been shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes.

What happens if my package is returned due to an incorrect address?

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, but you’ll be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

PLEASE NOTE: We can not refund any orders that have been returned to us due to incorrect shipping information.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, We offer free shipping for orders over $30

What shipping method do you use and how long does it take?

Our standard shipping method is USPS Ground advantage and typically takes 4-6 days to arrive once shipped.

We do offer shipping upgrades at checkout if you would like to choose a different shipping method.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our shop, choose your preferred design and material, and enter your customization details in the provided fields. Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout!

Will I get a proof before final production?

Yes! We send a digital proof for approval before finalizing your order

What file types do you accept for custom logos?

We recommend high-resolution SVG, AI, EPS, PNG, or PDF files. If you have a different file format, send it over, and we’ll see if we can work with it.

Can I request a fully custom design?

Absolutely! We love creating unique designs. Contact us with your ideas, and we’ll work with you to bring them to life.
